ACQR Beta Testing Terms

ACQR Property LTD · Version 1.0 · Last updated 11 August 2026 · Contact hello@acqr-property.com

These terms apply to everyone taking part in the ACQR closed beta. Acceptance is required before beta access is activated.

1. Acceptance is required

These Beta Testing Terms apply in addition to the ACQR Terms of Use. You must accept them before your beta access is activated and before you can use ACQR's beta features. If you do not accept them, you will not be given beta access.

2. Pre-release software

ACQR beta is experimental, pre-release software provided for testing and evaluation. It may contain bugs, calculation errors, incorrect or incomplete imported listing data, inaccurate AI output, wrong verdicts, downtime, and it may lose or reset data. Do not rely on it as your only record of anything important.

3. No professional or investment advice

Beta features do not provide financial, investment, mortgage, tax, accounting, legal, surveying or valuation advice. Verdicts and estimates are screening aids only. You must independently verify every figure before making, or declining, any investment decision.

4. Confidentiality

Through the beta you may see information that is genuinely not public — unreleased features, designs, thresholds, datasets, roadmaps, pricing experiments and known issues. You agree to keep that information confidential and to use it only for testing ACQR.

Unless we agree in writing, you must not publish or share screenshots, recordings, walkthroughs or materials showing unreleased functionality, and you must not share, resell or transfer your beta access. Confidentiality does not apply to information that is or becomes public through no fault of yours, that you already had, or that you must disclose by law.

5. Intellectual property and restrictions

All rights in ACQR remain with ACQR Property LTD. Except where applicable law expressly permits despite this clause, you must not reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, systematically extract from, or replicate ACQR, and you must not use confidential beta information to build or assist a competing product or service.

6. Feedback

Feedback is voluntary. If you send us feedback, ideas, bug reports or suggestions, you grant ACQR Property LTD a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them to improve and commercialise ACQR, with no obligation to compensate or credit you. You keep any rights you already had in the underlying material.

7. Testing data and privacy

Personal data you provide during the beta — including account details, deal data and feedback — is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please avoid entering personal, financial or confidential information about other people that is not needed for testing.

8. The beta will change

Features, thresholds, benchmark data, plan limits and access can change, be paused or be withdrawn at any time without notice. Beta access is personal to you and non-transferable, and we may end it at any time.

9. Security reporting

If you find a security issue, please report it promptly and privately to hello@acqr-property.com and do not disclose it publicly or exploit it beyond what is needed to demonstrate the problem.

10. Talking about ACQR

You are free to express genuine personal opinions about ACQR. This clause does not stop honest public comment, but you must still protect confidential beta information as set out above.

11. No guaranteed release or benefits

We do not guarantee that any beta feature will be released, that ACQR will launch commercially, or that beta participation will lead to free access, discounts, payment or any other benefit, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

12. Liability

Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your non-excludable statutory rights. Subject to that, and because the beta is provided free and on an "as is" basis for testing, we are not liable for investment losses, lost profit, data loss or other losses arising from beta use, and the liability cap in the Terms of Use applies.

13. Survival and governing law

The confidentiality, intellectual property, feedback and liability provisions continue after your beta access ends — confidentiality for as long as the information remains genuinely confidential. These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, without depriving consumers of mandatory local protections.
